1. Website Use
This website is intended to provide general information about Esthetic Dent, our dental services, and educational content. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the website or the rights of others.
2. No Dentist–Patient Relationship
Browsing this website, submitting contact forms, requesting information, sending photographs, radiographs or medical records, or communicating electronically with Esthetic Dent does not create a dentist–patient relationship.
A dentist–patient relationship is established only after an in-person clinical examination has been completed and both the patient and Esthetic Dent agree to proceed with treatment.
3. Preliminary Treatment Recommendations
Treatment recommendations, preliminary diagnoses, treatment plans, and estimates provided through photographs, X-rays, CBCT scans, videos, email, telephone, or virtual consultations are based on the information available at the time of the evaluation.
A final treatment plan will always be confirmed after the clinical examination performed at our clinic.
4. Treatment Fees
Esthetic Dent is committed to transparent and accurate pricing.
Whenever possible, the treatment estimate provided before your visit will be honored.
In some cases, previously undiagnosed conditions that could not reasonably be identified from photographs, radiographs, CBCT scans, or other records submitted before treatment may be discovered during the clinical examination.
Should this occur, the treating dentist will explain the findings, discuss all available treatment options, and obtain the patient's approval before performing any additional procedures or applying any additional charges.
No additional treatment or fees will be incurred without the patient's prior knowledge and consent.
5. Individual Results
Every patient is unique. Treatment outcomes vary depending on each patient's oral health, medical history, anatomy, healing response, oral hygiene, lifestyle, and compliance with post-treatment instructions.
Photographs, videos, testimonials, and before-and-after images displayed on this website represent actual patient experiences but should not be interpreted as a guarantee of identical results.
6. Appointments, Payments and Deposits
Appointments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and payment procedures are governed by Esthetic Dent's Payment Policies, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Dental Insurance
Esthetic Dent does not guarantee reimbursement from any dental insurance provider.
Upon request, we are pleased to assist patients by completing insurance claim forms and providing supporting documentation, including invoices, treatment records, radiographs, and clinical reports. Insurance reimbursement decisions remain solely between the patient and their insurance provider.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, documents, designs, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Esthetic Dent or is used under appropriate authorization.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Esthetic Dent.
9. Third-Party Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Esthetic Dent is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of those external websites.
